I’m a trauma informed and queer affirmative counselling psychologist. I take an intersectional approach to my work and feel the personal is political. Although trained in a number of modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), I find Emotion Focused and Client Centered work to be my home ground.
